The restaurant is to be found in the old stable of the 600th century and maintain the architecture and the atmosphere of the time. In a refined setting, you can still feel strong references to rural activities, such as the reuse of the old “retze” (mangers) as benches. Our restaurant is one of the exclusive restaurants in Aosta Valley suggesting a menu of the Alps: you’ll taste some typical dishes of our tradition but also from Piedmont, from Swiss Valais or French Savoie, exquisitely revisited in a creative and natural key, with a selection of soups and dishes that use local vegetables and herbs.
